Dont blame it on the sharks dummies

So We're 5 weeks into the NFL season and my NY GIANTS are 3-2-0 not as good as i would want the record to look but respectable. GO BIG BLUE!!! And now that that's out of my system, lets talk sharks! Yes i said sharks. I've got to admit that just like you guys sharks scare the crap out of me. I guess you could call me a walking contradiction because they are also my favorite creature. Why am i talking about sharks? Well here is why, Every now and then i surf the site looking for articles on the King of the ocean and unfortunately i came across a few bashing the creatures for being nothing more than what they were meant to be. Its easy to point the finger when you or a relative has been attacked but do people ever stop to think and realize the the oceans we invade are their homes, or maybe the simple mathematics that state that you have a bigger chance at getting hit by lightning than attacked by a shark. Now i cannot deny that there have been more attacks lately than usual and its easy to turn fear into hate but i hate to say that the reason for these attacks are our fault as well. Over-fishing in our oceans are leaving less fish in the deep waters causing these apex predators to venture closer to shore in search for a bite. Sharks are sensory hunters though they are not blind they have poor visibility forcing them to use smell and a sixth sense that allows them to pinpoint electric fields that every living thing produces. With that said its pretty easy to determine that they really don't know what they are biting until its too late. Scientific studies show that we aren't exactly tasty to sharks most attacks are survived because the first blow is usually a taste test. Gone bad. I guess where I'm going with all this is don't blame the sharks people. They out there just doing what they were made to do. If you don't want to get bitten stay out of their home. As for all of the idiots out there that actually suggested a mass shark hunt go watch a documentary, indulge yourself in some shark knowledge and do your best to comprehend. I know this is not exactly the most exciting blog ever! But i cant just sit around while a defenseless creature is threatened just for being what it was meant to be.Not exactly the most exciting blog ever but what better way to get something off of your chest than the big 'ol WWW.

OK so i'm blogging now...This is pretty cool, i guess. According to my knowledge of the "blogging scene" I'm supposed spill my guts on to this small rectangular box that I've been given to type in, and people can read it from all over the world and i guess get some insight off of what i write. Now i should warn you people some of the things i say may not be so insightful. In fact i think that sometimes you might be offended by some of the things you read. Now that i read what i just typed i guess this would be a good time to introduce myself. Hmm....

This is never the easy part, Okay so i like to think of myself as sort of a realist. I'm a seeker of truth and with that said i mean my truth, of course!!! I tend to babble at times and if its a subject that really bothers me i tend to linger on it. I'm in a wonderful relationship with the most beautiful woman I've ever met. what i love most about my relationship is the realness of it all, the good times, the bad times, the drama and everything in between, but thats another topic fo another blog . SOO.... So far i'm digging the whole blogging thing. Its like literary freedom! So i guess that's it for now...i know ...I'm not exactly a modern Stephen King But i will be back!!!
